The location was magnificent for me. The staff were both SUPERBLY FRIENDLY and exceptionally nice. Overall it was neat and stocked with nice bathroom.

The room had not so great views.

Peaceful place to stay with amazing location really close to the mall as well as the sporting arenas in Newlands and good food. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Absolutely amazing stay, as always.

There were a safe box, a TV, and an iron in the room, truly enjoyed that. The breakfast was astonishing and absolutely fantastic with the picture perfect aerial view of Cape Town and with brilliant food.

Budget hotel in a good area close enough to the V & A Waterfront/city centre, Newlands, and the sporting arenas in Newlands. Neat and well-organised room overall, with nice bathroom.

The service was exceptional, we had a scrumptious and very very good breakfast with good veriety of foods and mixed jam and the picture perfect aerial view. It was in a great location close to a stadium and restaurants.

The location is perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Montebello Design Centre. The staff are competent and efficient and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

As bike riders, we appreciated the convenient location and easy access to the surrounding areas. The well-thought-out bike storage facility made it hassle-free for us to securely store our bikes. The breakfast spread was excellent, providing the energy we needed for our rides. The bar area and outdoor seating space offered a great atmosphere to relax and unwind after a long day of cycling.

We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay, experiencing exceptional service from the friendly and accommodating staff. We have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend this hotel to fellow bike enthusiasts or anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Cape Town.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were loyal and friendly, and having a pleasant restaurant was definitely a bonus. This place is worth its 3-star rating.

Ideal place for a 4-night stay. The standard room had a TV with satellite channels, an individual safe, and a writing desk - all very handy. The waiter and staff were lovely. We enjoyed being close to lots of restaurants. Vivante, which was only a 5-minute walk away, was one of our favorites.

What's more, it was short walk to UCT and mall, major attractions like v and all Cape Town sightseeing places such as the casinos.
